*a warm spring night in NYC at April's apartment*

April: *hears knocking at her door and opens it to see Casey* Casey? What are you doing here?

Casey: *rubs his hands on the back of his neck* Um, you know. Just wanted to see if you want to...you know...go um, on a date or something?

April: Jones, don't be playing with me.

Casey: No, I'm serious! Do you want to go on a date with me?

April: Um...

Casey: *Waits patiently for an answer*

April: Um, look Casey. It's not that I don't like you or anything, it's just...

Casey: *his smile turns to a disappointed frown* 

April: It's just I have an eye on someone else.

Casey: What?! Who?!

April: It-it doesn't really matter... I'm sorry Casey, please understand that I'm not trying to hurt you or anything. I hope we can still be friends.

Casey: No, it's okay. I understand... Well, see you around,Red. *starts to walk off*

April: *Watches him walk off, then shuts the door, and slowly walks up to her room and feels overwhelmed at what just happened* I feel so bad now... I should of told him that Donnie was the one who I love... Only if Donnie knew that too. *picks up a picture frame of her and Donnie taking a silly picture together*

*Someone knocks on her window*

April: *looks over and see Donnie and Raph outside the window, and walks over and opens it* Hey guys, what's up?

Donnie: Hey April! Do you by any chance have any kitchen utensils that we could barrio?

April: Uh yeah, what do you guys need them for?

Raph: Mikey, wants to make the "Perfect dinner" for us tonight and he needs something's to help him make it. 

April: Oh, that sounds like fun! Give me a sec. *heads for the kitchen and calls back* Um, what was it that Mikey needs?!

Raph: Uh, that little mixy, swirly thingy!

Donnie: A whisk!

Raph: The thing you flip pancakes with!

Donnie: Spatula! *takes the list of things out of Raph's hand* And some measurement spoons in table and tea spoons!

April: *Comes back out with the stuff* Okay, got it! *drops one* Whoops

*Donnie tries to pick it up for her, until April reaches out for it too, and touch hands and they stare at each other and blush*

April: *Takes her hand back a bit*

Donnie: *bashfully gives her the spoon* Here you go

April: *takes the spoon* Thank you...

Raph: Let me get that stuff, April.

April: Thanks Raph.

Donnie: Hey April, would you like to come, and have dinner with us?

April: Um, sure. I am starting to get hungry.

Raph: Then come on you two! I want to eat something as well, and I don't want to waste anytime!

*At the lair*

Casey: *talking to Leo* And she just said no! She said she has an "Eye on someone else!" Who could this other dude be?!

Leo: Uh Casey, I know you're upset, but I don't think I'm the turtle to talk to about this. 

Casey: But-

Raph: We're back!

*April walks in with Donnie and spots Casey*

April: Casey?! What are you doing here?!

Casey: Me? What are you doing here?!

April: I came to eat with the guys, you?!

Casey: Same

Raph: What's going on with you two? Why do you guys sound mad at each other?

April: It's fine...

Donnie: Let's watch some TV while we wait for food to be ready.

April: That sounds like a good idea.

*the two walk over to the couch and start to watch the news*

*30 mins later*

Mikey: Dinner is ready!

Raph: Finally!

*everyone scrambles up at the table*

April: *tries to seat fare away from Casey, but closer to Donnie*

Leo: So Mikey, what did you make for dinner?

Mikey: My special recipe! Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo! Dig in! *puts the pizza on the table*

Donnie: *smells the pizza* Hm, it smells fine. It looks fine. *takes a small slice and has a nibble of it, and gulps it down in satisfaction* And it taste amazing! You should try it April! *hand April a slice*

April: *takes a bite* Wow, your right, it is amazing!

*everyone else grabs a slice*

Leo: *gulps down his pizza* Wow Mikey, how'd you learn to make this?

Mikey: To be honest, I have the most amazing, fantastic cooking skills! *points his spatula in the air*

*everyone gives him an unconvincing look*

Mikey: *awkwardly giggles* 

Raph: *smacks the back of Mikey's head* 

April: Well, how ever you did it, it's delicious.

Mikey: Thanks April! 

Donnie: *looks nervously at April* Hey April, can I talk to you in my lab for a bit?

April: Sure Donnie. *follows him into the lab*

*Donnie shuts the doors behind them*

Casey: It's Donnie!

Raph: *looks bewildered at Casey*  What?

Casey: I tried to ask April out early, but she said that she had an "eye for someone else." And I just realized it's Donnie!

Mikey: Pft, well obviously, dude. She has kissed him like a lot.

Casey: Yeah, don't remind me.

*in the lab*

April: So, what did you want to talk about, Donnie?

Donnie: *starts to blush* Well, I just wanted to...to um...

April: *notices him being nervous*

Donnie: W-what did it mean, back at the Farmhouse, the I'm your mutant, right before you kissed me?

*April's eyes widen. From what she remembered of back when the Kraang mutant New York City, they stayed at an old Farmhouse that she use to live in. And during that time she accidentally hurt Donnie's feelings when she rejected a music box that he fix for her. When he told her that he wasn't going to bug her with it anymore, and said he was just a mutant she felt bad and told him that he wasn't just any mutant, he was her mutant and then she kissed him on the lips.*

April: I-I meant that you were MY mutant, Donnie. *she smiled at him*

Donnie: I know, but what does that really mean? 

April: *starts to blush* It means...your mine, Donnie. *kisses him deeply on the lips*

Donnie: *is still a little confuse but still kisses her back* *thinks in his mind* I still understand nothing.
